H. W. Mountz in 1962.
Harry W. Mountz came to Spring Lake, NJ as school principal in 1914, and retired in 1962.
Upon his retirement, the Spring Lake School was renamed the H. W. Mountz Elementary School.
Nine years together, at a wonderful time in a wonderful place.
Our formative years were shaped by a very special and caring school experience which extended beyond our graduation.
